More happy spring colors! Here I am with a striped teal, cobalt blue and neon green scarf; and a cobalt blazer, neon green tank and teal top, all worn with jeans and blue ankle boots. I wore neon green, circle earrings and for makeup: neon green and cobalt shadows, teal liner and fuchsia lipstick.
