Shimmer

I was going for a Holiday lunch at work, so I decided to wear this cream and gold mock-neck, bell-sleeve top with pleather high-waist pants, a red wrap and ankle boots. For jewelry, I wore a multi-strand, mixed metal reindeer necklace and multi-strand, mixed metal chandelier earrings. To go with the pearls in the earrings and necklace, I wore a pearl ring and, then, added a brass ball ring. For makeup: gold and black shadows and red lipstick (not shown). Hair: an up-do bow.

Just peachy 🍑

Here, I wore a high-low, peach long-sleeve shirt with black ponte pants and knee-high boots. Since I had planned to wear a plum beret (not shown), I planned my necklace and makeup around that. The necklace has purple and peach beads and, for makeup, I did plum shadow, purple liner and plum lipstick. I added a peach rose bracelet and stud earrings along with peach and pink sparkly gem dangly earrings.

70s Beatnik

I went out shopping with my Aunts last week. I had previously bought these (adorable and surprisingly comfie) pin-tuck, wide-leg, front-pocket, high-waist jeans (say that three times fast) in October and haven't worn them much, so here they are!

Because I also wanted to wear this Ivory Ella fleece bomber jacket-- striped with blue, fuchsia and yellow-- I had to carefully plan what else to wear with the jeans. I opted for a marigold turtle neck, a matching beret, ankle boots, handbag and gloves. I decided to add more fuchsia into the mix by wearing a fuchsia tank underneath, a pink panda ring, a fuchsia crossbody (yes I had two pocketbooks with me), fuchsia fray earrings, and matching lipstick. I added a multi-strand white, marigold and fuchsia beaded necklace. Lastly, I wore marigold eye shadow (and added a dark smoke). 

Jeans: Kohl's, coupon and sale, $35-- way more than I would normally spend on clothing but these were exactly what I was looking for at the time.
