Ain't Nothin' but a Houndstooth

This was a Saturday night in January or February when we went on a double date with friends. I had been wanting to pair this black and white tie-up, leather trim, houndstooth poncho with (faux) leather pants. I added a white long sleeve tee underneath and faux suede boots. (Remember the rule- not leather on leather, use different textures so you don't look like a Leather Daddy... unless of course, you are indeed going to a Leather Daddy party. Then, in that case, Leather Daddy away!) I added a black and white colorblock handbag, a leather buckle cuff and silver long loop earrings (and, the other rule - match all hardware). For makeup: black and white shadows and red lipstick for a color pop.
